How to Place Your Order & Collection Policy
At Solar Smart Technology (Pty) Ltd, we’re here to help you get the tech you need. Please note that we operate as an online-only shop, not a retail storefront. To ensure the best service, we do not accept walk-in customers; our office is open for pre-arranged appointments and order collections only.
How to Order
To ensure a seamless experience from browsing to checkout, please follow our simple process:

Browse & Select: Explore our online catalog at solarsmarttechnology.co.za and add items to your cart.

Secure Checkout: Proceed to checkout and provide your contact details and preferred delivery/collection method.

Payment & Confirmation: Complete your payment securely online.

EFT Payments: Please choose the “Pay to Clear” (Immediate Payment) option from your bank, as we are with FNB.

Large Amounts: We do not accept large payments via Speed Point for immediate collections, as funds do not reflect instantly.

VAT: All prices include 15% VAT.

Processing: We will prepare your order at our Midrand facility and notify you as soon as it is ready.

Delivery or Collection:

Delivery: Shipped directly to your specified address.

Collection: Wait for your “Ready for Collection” notification. Collections are by appointment only.

To maintain a productive environment and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please adhere to the following:

No “Pay and Collect”: All orders must be placed and paid for in advance. We cannot process “Pay and Collect” for walk-in customers.

Wait for Notification: Please wait for a formal confirmation (Email/SMS) that your order is ready before traveling to our office.

No Waiting On-Site: To allow our team to focus on getting stock ready without unnecessary pressure, we kindly ask that you do not wait at the office while your order is being prepared.

To place your order simply click add to card button from the item you wish to buy, item will be added to the basket, you may click proceed to check out or continue adding other items to the basket. Else you check out choosing payment method EFT, plus your billing details will be required then click on place order button.
