To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Collection Policy: At Midrand Office!

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our customers, please take note of our collection procedure:

Payment & Processing: All orders must be placed and paid for in advance. We do not offer a “Pay and Collect” service for walk-in customers.

Payment Methods: Please note that we do not accept large payments via Speed Point for immediate collections. Because high-value card transactions do not reflect in our account immediately, we cannot release stock until the funds are cleared. To avoid delays, please use EFT or pay in advance.

“Ready for Collection” Notification: Please wait for a formal notification (via email or SMS) confirming that your order is ready before coming to the office.

Collection Timing: To maintain a focused environment for our warehouse and administrative staff, we kindly ask that you do not wait at the office while your order is being prepared.

Why we have this policy:
Our team works hard to process a high volume of orders fairly. Having customers wait in the office creates unnecessary pressure on our staff and can delay the process for everyone. By waiting for your notification, you ensure that your stock is fully prepared and ready for a quick, hassle-free pickup.
